Shipping and Processing

 Within the U.S. we ship with the USPS using priority mail and delivery confirmation. Outside of the U.S. we ship with the USPS air mail.

Shipping time table:
-Credit Card Order (2-3days delivery)
(orders received by 4 pm Monday-Friday receive same day processing. Orders received after 3 pm are processed next day. Orders after 3 pm Friday are processed first thing the following Monday.)
*International orders are generally received by customer within 6-8 business days of payment.

Returns and Refunds

 Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If there is any damage, please indicate damage on packing slip and return with shoes.

For you protection, we strongly advise you to insure all returned packages and ship them with United States Postal Service using Priority Mail and delivery confirmation, as we can not be accountable for lost parcels. In order to keep our prices low, Dragonfly does not in any case pay for shipping. If you are uncertain about sizing, please e-mail us and we will help you with the perfect fit. Ship all returns to:

Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase date to receive an exchange or refund. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging, and unworn. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. For credit card purchases, a credit will be issued on your next months statement. We are not responsible for damage caused during wear. Worn shoes are neither returnable nor exchangable.
