BSA recently completed post-production on the documentary The Devil and Daniel Johnston, which chronicles the acclaimed musician's remarkable career and battle with mental illness. The film's director, Jeff Feuerzeig, garnered the Documentary Directing Award at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival.
Patti Tauscher and James LeBrecht also sound designed and edited the documentary Last Thoughts. "Thoughts" is filmmaker Kevin Henry's journal of his travels across America in search of the origins of his grandfather's oral history. Both films were mixed at the Saul Zaentz Film Center by Dan Olmsted.
BSA provided sound design, editorial and mix for New York filmmaker Topaz Adizes' boxing short Seven Miles Alone.
James LeBrecht edited a timely song composed by Academy Award winning film director Allie Light entitled "An Iraqi Lullaby."
Producer Shout Creative, Inc. was in-house with a promotional video launching Sony's PlayStation Portable. Matt Spiro and James LeBrecht handled sound design and mixing.
