CHRISTIAN BENTLEY - POD DESIGNS
Christian Bentley has spent 15 years working with some of the most
talented, creative people and companies in the Bay Area.
Christian graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in English and
additional studies in Art. His diverse background runs the gamut from
architecture (Mark Mack Associates) to visual display (Esprit). He
developed specialized knowledge of graphic design, art direction,
and project management at AXO Design Studio, working with clients
such as Benetton, Levis, and Banana Republic.
In 1995, Christian applied his experience in new media by forming
Pod Designs, a consultancy specializing in user experience, cross-media
branding, and information design.
From 2000 to 2001, he served as the Senior Manager of Experience Design
for Charles Schwab's electronic brokerage, schwab.com. Recently, Christian
has developed online presences, CD-ROMs, and interactive portfolios
for Oracle, Landor, GT Global, Infinity Financial Technologies, and
Callan Associates.
Bringing a strong design background into collaborations with database
consultants and programmers, Christian combines clean, visually dynamic
interface design with high level functionality.
Though Pod Designs, Christian is uniquely capable of producing and
managing creative projects in both traditional and non-traditional
media.
