TECHNICAL TALENT
Anticipating a convergence of technical skill and creative talent,
Joseph Hornof founded Technical
Talent in New York City in 1989. Button-pushers were about to become
artists, and the inverse. Technical Talent has always been one click
ahead, right from the start.
The audio industry was the first to feel this push. Technical Talent
initially managed engineers, producers, studios and bands. Advances
in technology began to radically reshape film and TV; then the Internet
and new media were born. Technical Talent expanded to incorporate
exceptional talent in these fields, and established agents in Los
Angeles and the San Francisco Bay.
In 1998, Technical Talent launched a web presence, earcom.com.
Technical Talent focuses on various sets of needs and manages these
needs effectively. The first are those of our clients. We listen carefully
and explore to understand what they are trying to say and do. We offer
answers tailored to their exact specifications, incorporating a wide
spectrum of media, with no overhead involved. We deliver the right
knowledge, talent and tools for the job.
